CHD can trigger changes in hemodynamic status. Patient position plays an important role in maintaining optimal hemodynamics and the provision of semi-Fowler and right lateral positions can affect hemodynamic parameters. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the combination of semi-Fowler and right lateral positions on the hemodynamics of CHD patients. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group approach. The sample was divided into two groups: the group that received treatment and the group that did not. The study was conducted in the ICCU room of Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital, Yogyakarta, with a population consisting of CHD patients treated in the ICCU. Inclusion criteria included patients with a diagnosis of CHD, stable hemodynamics, and good consciousness, while exclusion criteria included patients with abnormal ECG and conditions such as heart failure. The number of samples was 12 respondents, with a non-probability consecutive sampling method. Results: Paired t-test showed a significant difference in hemodynamic parameters of the intervention group after treatment (p < 0.05), and in the control group, there was no significant difference, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (p > 0.05). Conclusion: There was a significant difference in hemodynamics in CHD patients before and after treatment in the intervention group, and there was no difference in the control group and between the groups that received treatment and those that did not. Suggestion: The combination of fixed positions is recommended as a nursing intervention for CHD patients and further research with a larger sample and longer observation duration and considering other factors that affect hemodynamic responses.

Keywords: Coronary heart disease, hemodynamics, right lateral, semi fowler
Faisal Sangadji (Author) ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejournal.akperykyjogja.ac.id/index.php/yky/article/view/179 Mon, 30 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 PENERAPAN EDUKASI TEKNIK MENYUSUI PADA IBU POST PARTUM DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF https://ejournal.akperykyjogja.ac.id/index.php/yky/article/view/180
Background: Post partum is a period when the lactation process is formed as a source of nutrition and a powerful defense against all forms of malnutrition in babies. One of the factors causing malnutrition in babies is low levels of exclusive breastfeeding. Low coverage is caused by breast milk production early in the breastfeeding period. Incorrect breastfeeding techniques will affect breast milk production and cause breast milk to not flow effectively from the mother's breast to the baby. Therefore, education on breastfeeding techniques is needed to increase breast milk production. Objective: This research is to determine the application of breastfeeding technique education to post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding problems. Methods: This type of research is a case study with research subjects consisting of 1 spontaneous primiparous post partum mother who experienced complaints of poor breast milk. Results : The implementation of breastfeeding technique education for post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding care can increase breast milk production as evidenced by the client reporting improved milk flow, increased confidence in breastfeeding, proper attachment of the baby to the breast, continuous sucking on the mother’s nipple, correct reastfeeding posture, and the baby appearing calm without crying. Conclusion: The application of educational innovation of breastfeeding techniques to postpartum mothers can overcome ineffective breastfeeding problems.
viantika kusumasari kusumasari (Author) ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejournal.akperykyjogja.ac.id/index.php/yky/article/view/180 Mon, 30 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 The Hubungan Stres dengan Siklus Menstruasi pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir S1 Keperawatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Pringsewu https://ejournal.akperykyjogja.ac.id/index.php/yky/article/view/181
Every adolescent girl will naturally experience monthly hormonal changes that trigger the reproductive cycle. Menstruation that occurs every month eventually forms the menstrual cycle. The menstrual cycle is ideally regular every month with a span of between 21-35 days each menstrual period. Irregular menstrual cycles are influenced by many things, one of which is the stress factor, which is a universal phenomenon that everyone can experience that has an impact on physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. For the relationship of stress with the menstrual cycle in final year S1 nursing students at the University of Muhammadiyah Pringsewu in 2024. Research method is correlation analysis with cross sectional approach. The sample used was 51 respondents selected with a nonprobability sampling technique, namely total sampling. Research results: based on Chi-Square results, a p-value of 0.011 was obtained. This shows that P Value (0.011) < α value (0.05).

The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between stress and menstrual cycles in final year S1 nursing students at the University of Muhammadiyah Pringsewu in 2024. It is recommended to the campus institutions of Muhammadiyah Pringsewu University, especially teaching staff and students, to pay more attention to stress management, so as to provide new information and new insights.

Keywords : Stress, Menstrual Cycle, Youth
Idayati Idayati, Idayati Idayati (Author) ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejournal.akperykyjogja.ac.id/index.php/yky/article/view/181 Mon, 30 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Gambaran Kunjungan Pasien Stroke di Wilayah Puskesmas Kabupaten Pekalongan https://ejournal.akperykyjogja.ac.id/index.php/yky/article/view/184
Stroke is a serious condition that occurs when blood flow to the brain is disrupted, leading to damage and loss of function. Regular visits to healthcare facilities are crucial for stroke patients after they are discharged from the hospital, as this helps ensure their safety, monitor their progress, and provide ongoing support for optimal recovery. Community Health Centers play a vital role in this post-stroke management, providing ongoing rehabilitation services. This study aimed to understand the demographics and visit patterns of stroke patients at two Community Health Centers in Pekalongan Regency, which have the highest number of stroke cases. The study, conducted in 2023, found that 58 stroke patients visited the Kedungwuni 2 Community Health Center, with ages ranging from toddlers to the elderly. The Tirto 1 Community Health Center saw 62 stroke patients, also with a wide age range starting from 26 years old. A concerning finding was that approximately 50% of patients from both centers only visited once. Only a small percentage of patients (32.8% at Kedungwuni 2 and 30.6% at Tirto 1) made two or three visits. This low number of repeat visits requires further investigation to understand if it reflects improvement in their condition or other underlying factors. The research highlights the crucial need to address the issue of low return visits, particularly considering the finding that stroke is now impacting not only adults and the elderly but also infants and school-aged children
Susri Utami, Ifallah Sekar Arum Januwilogo (Author) ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejournal.akperykyjogja.ac.id/index.php/yky/article/view/184 Mon, 30 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700
